Faith McCarthy, AP, RN, comes to acupuncture after a two-decade career as a registered nurse. She is a 2002 graduate of Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine and is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine as certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Over the years she has worked in a variety of medical settings, including acute care and trauma, intensive care, and surgery. In addition to her degrees in Oriental medicine and nursing, she holds a masters degree in the history of medicine from the History Department of the University of Florida.
